You will love this role as a Store Project Coach if you enjoy leading others, developing associates, leading project implementation and extensive domestic travel. Our Store Project Coach role is critical in providing our customers with the product they expect at an everyday low price.

What you’ll do:

• Traveling domestically to and from multiple facilities or worksites requiring consecutive overnight stays
• Own Realty execution projects by ensuring the scope of work are completed
• Lead the implementation of project plans by identifying plan requirements; collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Monitor sales and project budgets
• Direct associates, including third-party supervisors, on process and procedures for project execution; provides supervision
• Development opportunities for associates

Travel

• Travel domestically to and from multiple facilities or worksites requiring consecutive overnight stays.
• Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as the business needs. Associate will be based out of a home store within the region but can expect to travel surrounding states or farther to support projects.

Are you a good fit for our Store Project Coach role? Yes, if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area or 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience in a cross-functional team
