General Facilities Maintenance Technician: diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance duties for all commercial equipment and more.
Development Technician: Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures under the supervision of a more senior technician by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines and more.
HVAC/Refrigeration Technician: HVAC/Refrigeration Tech: maintain and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems by completing priorities in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. You will maintain quality standards by inspecting installations and modifications of HVAC/R and more.

Are you a good fit? Yes, if:

General Maintenance and Development Technician

You possess a valid state-issued Driver's License
You are eligible for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Vocational or Technical certification and 1 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade OR 2 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade OR 2 years Walmart store experience

HVAC/Refrigeration Technician

Rack refrigeration experience is a plus for our HVAC/Refrigeration Technician roles
Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
Vocational or Technical Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) certification
Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification and 2 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls OR 4 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls or related field.
