At GDIT, we’re committed to hiring, supporting, and training veterans, military spouses, wounded warriors, and their caregivers. We support, encourage, and connect the members of this community through programs like our employee resource groups (ERG). Our Honor ERG hosts bi-weekly, after-hours virtual chats and various events to honor our military, veterans, and their family members who have stood alongside them.

Boots on the ground sponsors.

Our Military Talent Acclimate Program (MTAP) is part of a multi-phase initiative designed to assist our military community at all stages of their GDIT career. MTAP matches new veteran hires with sponsors who provide support during the week leading up to your first day and throughout your first 30 days on the job. These sponsors understand the unique challenges of transitioning from military service to a civilian career and can offer insight into GDIT’s culture and organization as well as help you connect with fellow veteran employees. We want to ensure our veterans have a smooth and positive experience becoming acclimated to civilian work and our GDIT culture.
