About

The Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair is a networking event intended for faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups interested in working in independent schools. It gives attendees the opportunity to learn about working in an independent school while connecting with representatives about open positions.

The 2024 fair is designed with you in mind- with two different options to connect in person, virtually, or both! We are excited to meet you, whether you are local to the Los Angeles area and attending in person, or connecting with us virtually from a different part of the country!

The fair schedule will include 15-minute panels such as teaching in an independent school; diversity, equity, and inclusion in education; and working as an administrator in an independent school.

We are excited to share that there are 50 Los Angeles-area schools signed up to participate in the fair! Schools will have their virtual booths set up on the Brazen platform closer to the fair date.
