About
The Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair is a networking event intended for faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups interested in working in independent schools. It gives attendees the opportunity to learn about working in an independent school while connecting with representatives about open positions.
The 2025 fair is designed with you in mind- with two different options to connect in person, virtually, or both! We are excited to meet you, whether you are local to the Los Angeles area and attending in person, or connecting with us virtually from a different part of the world!
The fair schedule will include a welcome panel with students and representatives from schools who can share their experiences in an independent school.
Schools will have their virtual booths set up on the Brazen platform closer to the fair date.
