Behind the Smile: Amazon Aviation Career Connections is an engaging 90-minute event designed to connect attendees with the people and teams driving Amazon Air and Prime Air forward. The experience begins with a one-hour networking and discussion session, followed by a 30-minute informal reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres/light bites.

Attendees will hear firsthand insights on Leadership in Action at Amazon, gain a behind-the-scenes look at Running the Network through Amazon Air’s Network Control Center (NCC), and learn strategies for cracking the Amazon interview process. The event will also explore corporate career pathways at Amazon, highlighting career opportunities within corporate aviation and Amazon’s Prime Air uncrewed (drone) programs.
