The Ascension Seton RN Residency
The Ascension Seton RN Residency is an Accredited with Distinction, 12-month program that consists of three months of academic learning and skills development combined with precepted shifts. During this time, you will focus on honing clinical practice, evidence-based decision making, and leadership skills, while also gaining experience in procedural areas associated with your assigned unit. The following nine months will consist of monthly academic courses and foundation building.
The Ascension Seton RN Fellowship
The Ascension Seton RN Fellowship is a 6-month program designed for experienced nurses who are interested in transitioning from one clinical specialty into a new specialty. We offer our nurses the ability to move from a clinical practice area where they are currently working or have prior experience, into a new specialty.
We also have Career Coaching and Specialty Pathways available for our RNs.
