System Float Pool RN Opportunities Available:
     PRN 2: 9 shift commitment in 6 week schedule
     PRN 3: 18 shift commitment in 6 week schedule
     PRN 3B: 18 shift commitment in 6 week schedule *benefitted position
 
System Float Pool nurses select 3 hospitals within the Houston Methodist System & float between those hospitals.
 
HMH Flex Team:  Flex Team RNs provide high-quality patient care by floating within Houston Methodist Hospital (HMH) only, supporting various units based on staffing and patient care needs. This role offers variety, professional growth, and the opportunity to work across multiple units while remaining within the Houston Methodist system. Nurses collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a dynamic hospital environment.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of RN experience in the respective specialty
