Test Equipment is a multi-discipline organization responsible for the development, deployment, and sustainment of test environments designed to support all Raytheon products, including Effectors and Sensor Test Solutions. Our vision is to be a world-class leader in test solutions by delivering proven, affordable, and on-time test capabilities that ensure the integrity and effectiveness of military products.

For Effectors, the team focuses on designing and implementing test solutions critical for the validation, qualification, and performance analysis of advanced weapon systems. This includes testing for precision guidance systems, propulsion systems, and other effector components to ensure they meet operational and mission-critical requirements.

For Sensor Test Solutions, the team develops robust test architectures and systems to validate the accuracy, reliability, and environmental resilience of advanced sensor technologies. This includes functional testing, signal integrity analysis, and calibration to ensure sensors meet the stringent performance demands of aerospace and defense applications.

Our team is responsible for creating and implementing system architectures, designs, and solutions tailored to the unique needs of Effectors and Sensor Test Solutions. Additionally, we ensure seamless integration, verification, and validation of test solutions at all product levels—whether in the lab, field environments, or production facilities.

Key areas of focus include:
Weapon System Product Verification and Qualification: Testing and qualifying effectors and sensors to ensure they meet operational standards and perform reliably under mission conditions.
Environmental and Functional Testing: Simulating real-world conditions to validate the performance of sensors and effectors in extreme environments.
Test Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing detailed test data to verify product functionality and optimize performance.
Production Test Solution Development: Designing efficient, scalable production test systems for high-rate manufacturing of effectors and sensors, ensuring cost-effective and repeatable quality.
