At Walmart, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. In this role, you'll lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.
Hard Skill Sets Needed:
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience, 3-5 years electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
- Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
- Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills – Root cause and breakdown analysis experience
- Customer service
Licenses needed by role:
- Master Electrician License, in good standing, or equivalent in the state of employment
- Master Plumbing License, in good standing, or equivalent in the state of employment
- Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment
