About the Re-Empower Program:

Have you taken a career break of one year or more? Make your work make a difference with a career at RTX. You’ll help define the future of aerospace and defense with an innovation leader that offers training, development and a world of possibilities.The RTX Re-Empower Program provides a unique opportunity to support experienced professionals as they relaunch their careers. Supporting you on your journey - whether you are transitioning to a full- or part-time role - brings us one step closer to re-imagining what's possible and creating a safer, more connected world.


Over 14 weeks, you will gain paid, on-the-job experience while building connections with leadership. You'll also have a personalized plan for success and receive coaching to guide your return-to-work experience. Upon completion, based on performance and contributions, you may be eligible for a career at RTX.
