Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SETC):

These roles offer a unique opportunity to contribute across the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment. We are seeking individuals with expertise in systems software (signal processing, guidance, navigation, and flight control algorithms), modeling & simulation, hardware, requirements, integration, testing, system safety, reliability, and System Security Engineering (SSE). Ideal candidates have experience in developing and managing technical documentation, including requirements, test plans, procedures, and reports; performing integration and verification in labs, test facilities, or field environments; and proficiency with digital engineering tools like DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or similar platforms. Additional skills in model-based systems engineering (MBSE), RF electronics, antennas, and technical documentation are highly desirable.

Hardware Engineering

The Raytheon Hardware Engineering (HWE) Organization is at the forefront of innovation, driving the design, development, and production of cutting-edge hardware solutions that power radar systems, effectors, sonar, torpedoes, airborne radars, advanced sensors, space payloads, and combat system equipment. Our team plays a critical role in delivering mission-critical technologies that support the defense and aerospace industries.

The HWE team leverages state-of-the-art tools, advanced processes, and cutting-edge technologies while adhering to Raytheon’s CORE principles to ensure exceptional quality, efficiency, and performance. Our expertise spans a wide range of technical disciplines, including hardware engineering, manufacturing, technical services, materials science, process development, detailed analysis, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation. Mechanical:

Mechanical Engineering leads the mechanical hardware design, development, and production of space and defense systems using state-of-the-art tools, processes, and technology. Our   capabilities encompass a broad range of technical disciplines, including product engineering, manufacturing, technical services, materials engineering, analysis and test, and rapid hardware development/builds.

 

Test Equipment Effectors:

Test Equipment is a multi-discipline organization responsible for development, deployment, and sustainment of test environments for all Raytheon products. Our vision is to be a world-class leader in test solutions by providing proven, affordable, on-time test capabilities that ensure the integrity of military products. Our team is responsible for the development of architectures,  system designs and solution designs in the test environment, as well as the integration, verification, and validation of test solutions at all product levels in the lab, field and production. This includes weapon system product verification, qualification, test data analysis and production test solution development.

 

Electrical:

Software Engineering

The Embedded Real-Time Software Developer/Integrator is a technical position that works in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to architect, design, implement, test, debug, and deploy Software for Firmware (FPGA) and Hardware solutions that meet current and next generation autonomous avionics systems’ needs.

Working with a cross-discipline team, the candidate must have experience developing, testing, and integrating software for edge or embedded devices and/or subsystems (like telecom, medical, IoT, automotive, or robotics) where hardware operation, time critical function, functional reliability, mission assurance, and safety might be major concerns.  Our positions require either an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain this clearance.

We are a multi-disciplinary team of 300 engineers working to provide support to programs and early development concepts. Our goal is to provide internal and external customers with system-of-systems architectures and mission analysis solutions.
