About the Event

The Future Leaders program is a new approach that will look to evaluate participants' potential to transition into senior leadership roles in Finance domain. The program aims to identify and cultivate Puma Energy's next generation leaders. Participants who are successful in this program gain access to highly effective mentorship opportunities designed to assist them develop their leadership capabilities and skills with on-the-job training and coaching. We are looking for candidates who are motivated to establish themselves in intermediate to mid-level functions in the Africa Region.
