The Puma Commercial Assessment Program (PCAP), provides an opportunity to work in our commercial business segments mainly B2B, Commercial, Aviation, Future Energies, Supply, Retail, Finance and Country Management.

The Puma Finance Assessment Program is a new approach that will look to evaluate participants' potential to transition into senior leadership roles within the Finance domain. The program aims to identify and cultivate Puma Energy's next generation leaders. Opportunities available in the finance disciplines across the region of Africa such as: Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Credit & Treasury. 

Similar to the Finance Program, we have 'The Puma Technical Assessment Program' which will focus on roles within Aviation, Transport & Operations, Construction & Engineering. 

We are seeking candidates for this mid-level role who have commercial experience in any industry and are eager to succeed and advance their careers. For the right individuals, this is an exceptional opportunity to excel.
