Our Patient Access Center & Central Billing Office serve as a remote and centralized point of access supporting NYU Langone’s physician practices for appointment scheduling, billing, financial clearance, customer service, physician referrals, prescription refill requests, and more.

The Access Center Representative will act as the first "welcome" for the caller on behalf of the NYU Langone Faculty Group Practice (FGP) physician group. They will schedule patient appointments and field inquires, concerns, and requests. They will ensure that patient needs are met and promote the optimum patient experience, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with patients and their families via active listening, empathy, rapport, courtesy, and professionalism. This is an onsite role based in Boynton Beach.
The Billing Representative will submit claims, follow-up on unpaid balances (insurance or patient), correct errors, enter claim information, submit authorization/precertification requests with insurance companies, follow-up on denied claims and/or authorizations, and submit appeals as necessary as a part of the revenue cycle team. This is an onsite role based in Boynton Beach.
