About the Event

Taking place on March 11, 2023, this virtual event will provide smaller firms and local organizations the opportunity to recruit and network with LGBTQ+ members of the legal community. Please note that this event is separate from Lavender Law®, the LGBTQ+ Bar’s flagship in-person event each year. Unlike Lavender Law^®, which holds the largest legal diversity career fair in the country, with many participating firms being from the AM200, all recruiting law firms at this virtual event will have 75 or fewer attorneys. We are excited to launch an entirely virtual career fair, hosting smaller firms, as well as local nonprofits and government agencies from medium markets around the country.

Whether your firm is primarily interested in recruiting LGBTQ+ talent or learning more about LGBTQ+ best practices in the workplace, the virtual event is one that you do not want to miss. There is no better way to show your current and prospective employees and colleagues that you are committed to LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
