About

Beginning July 1, 2022, Florida Department of Education started a program for veterans and service members to be able to receive a five-year temporary education certificate while they finish their bachelor’s degree, provided they meet certain criteria. In addition, retired first responders and military spouses will be eligible for certification fee waivers. Lake County Schools is honored to provide personalized assistance through this new process for our veterans, service members, and retired first responders.
