What makes this event different

• It’s the first of its kind: Never before have 24 EU institutions and agencies come together like this. This is a unique, unprecedented gathering.
• You choose your sessions: The day is divided into 6 clusters grouped by skills and sectors. You can join the sessions that matter to you, meet the organisations that align with your goals, and plan your day accordingly.
• The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) will open the event and announce the long-anticipated AD5 competition – the entry point for permanent careers in the EU institutions. If you’re serious about starting your EU journey, this is a milestone moment.
• It’s your future, made practical: Meet real recruiters, hear from staff across the system, and ask questions live. Whether you're ready to make your next move or exploring where you fit, you’ll leave with clarity.

Event structure

The event runs from 10:00 to 18:00 CEST and is divided into six themed sessions:

10:00 – 11:00 → Policy & Public Administration (EPSO, EP, CONS, COR, EESC) 
11:00 – 12:00 → Security & Law Enforcement (EDA, EMSA, EFCA, EUROPOL, Frontex) 
12:00 – 13:00 → Legal & Judicial (ECJ, EPPO) 
13:00 – 14:00 → Health & Science (EFSA, ECDC, EMA, F4E)
14:00 – 15:00 → Finance & Economic Regulation (EBA, SRB, ACER, ELA, ECA)
15:00 – 16:00 → Digital, IT & Space (ENISA, EU-LISA, EUSPA) 

Each session includes short talks, introductions from participating organisations, and live Q&A with recruiters. You’ll get practical insight into current roles, skills needed, and how to apply.

You can join one session or all six. It's your day – plan it your way.

Who should attend

To join us, you must:

• Be an EU national
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Speak at least two EU languages
