Open Enrollment is your yearly chance to check your benefits and make updates if needed. Here's what you need to know:

Happy with your current benefits? You don’t need to make changes unless you want to update your beneficiaries or add new dependents.
No changes? Your current benefit choices will automatically carry over to the 2027 plan year — except for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

Have an FSA? You must re-enroll each year. FSA elections do not roll over.
