We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing team of contact center professionals in El Paso, TX. 

As a Customer Service Representative in this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with a wide range of requests such as service requests, general information, referrals, emergency requests in support of mission critical efforts for a large federal government contract. Candidate qualifications include:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Spanish bilingual
  • Shift work
