About the event

On May 17th, we will host the first ever AWS Student Day with gamified learning events, a virtual job fair and online discussion on career developments and job opportunities in the IT world .

You will learn cloud fundamentals through an exciting learning engagement event, deepen your cloud skills via hands-on labs also in areas like Generative AI, artificial intelligence and machine learning. 

The AWS Student Day is free of charge to all participants and will take place online one day after the AWS Summit Berlin. The training language is English and you will receive additional details upon registration.

This event is part of the AWS Tech Alliance Germany which brings together a coalition of AWS customers and partners, government organizations, and educational institutions to prepare learners for entry-level cloud careers.

AWS Job Fair: Network with employers, and even apply straight for jobs

During the event you will also have the opportunity to explore cloud related job roles. 

This AWS virtual Job Fair is designed exclusively for learners who have cloud-ready capabilities, and possess a drive to excel in cloud-related opportunities. Open roles from participating employers include entry-level positions such as Cloud Support Associate, Cloud Engineer, Software Development Engineer, Data Analytics, and more! 

AWS Applied Learning Event: practice on AWS and gain hands-on experience!

During the AWS Student Day agenda we will host an applied learning event. 

If you want to gain hands-on experience in topics like artificial intelligence, machine learning and generative AI you can jump out of our main session and join for an interactive applied learning event where teams will compete solving real-world challenges using AWS Services. You’ll have the opportunity to put your AWS skills to the test and learn how companies use cloud technologies.
 
The event is gamified, with teams competing to score points by completing a series of challenges over the course of the event. All skill levels welcome! We will announce the AWS Student Day champion at the end of the event.
