NC Charter Schools Virtual Career Fair
The North Carolina Association for Public Charter Schools (NCAPCS) is the largest non-profit advocacy organization in the state. Our focus is to advocate, educate, and support. Currently, there are over 201 charter schools in the state of North Carolina. We are hosting this event to facilitate the diverse talent recruitment of professionals that are passionate about the field of education in an innovative and flexible learning environment. Each school has a distinct mission, vision, and purpose in serving its students so we encourage participants to visit school booths, websites, and social media pages to gain a better understanding of the unique school culture that has been established. Some of the schools participating are newly established which will be evident in the materials shared with applicants. We encourage you to explore!
There are a wide array of opportunities available for those just beginning their careers, to those having a change of career, to those that are seasoned education professionals. Positions posted are for instructional teaching positions grades K-12, English Language Arts, Math, Science/Social Studies, Special Education, Specialists, Enrichment Teachers, Instructional Coaches, Office Support Staff, Guidance Counselors, and Executive Directors/Superintendent positions just to name a few. The positions will vary at each school/booth.
